When leaders and entrepreneurs set out to achieve a goal, they don't just think about what they want to achieve, but also what it will take to get there. They make a plan and put all their effort into making it happen.

When leaders face obstacles, they have to decide whether it's worth it to keep going or if they need to change their approach. Leaders who are able to persevere and see their goals through are the ones who ultimately succeed.
